Waiver

TinyTauk is committed to providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for all children in our care. By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that while TinyTauk takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of children, participation in daycare activities involves certain risks, including but not limited to minor injuries (such as scrapes or bruises), illnesses, and unforeseen accidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s attendance at TinyTauk. 2. Medical Authorization In the event of an emergency, I authorize TinyTauk staff to administer basic first aid and seek emergency medical care for my child if deemed necessary. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me or my designated emergency contact before medical treatment is provided. No medicines oral or topical will be admitted by tinytauk staff, it is the responsibility of the parent. All allergies will be communicated to staff as well. 3. Liability Release I release, waive, and hold harmless TinyTauk, its employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my child’s participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. 4. Illness & Health Policy I acknowledge that I will not send my child to TinyTauk if they show signs of illness, including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious conditions. I understand that if my child becomes ill during care, I will be required to pick them up promptly. 5. Photo & Video Release I grant TinyTauk permission to photograph or record my child for promotional, educational, or social media purposes. 6. Behavior & Special Needs Children displaying extreme behavior, ie, biting, scratching, foul language, hitting of peers or staff, will be asked to leave. Children with special needs are kindly asked to have an attendant with them during sessions. 7. Personal Belongings I understand that TinyTauk is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to daycare. 8. Cancellation & Pricing cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will be fully charged seeing as the space was held well in advance for the child. Payment is due prior to attendance. 9. Agreement By checking the box below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
